Do Local Casinos In Wyoming Offer Online Gambling?

The only type of gambling that tribal casinos can offer online is sports betting according to current state laws. Wyoming was the first state to legalize state-wide online sports betting in 2021 when Governor Mark Gordon signed HB-0133* into law.

Local lawmakers have made efforts to pass an online casino bill, but no action has passed the legislative session as of 2026. However, legal offshore online casinos and poker sites readily accept WY players, such as the ones you see at the bottom of this page.
