Reviews Of Local Kansas Casinos

Does Kansas Have 18+ Casinos?

The state’s local casinos all require players to be 21 and up in order to partake in their services.  Additionally, the state does not license its tribal or commercial gambling locations to offer casino games online. However, out-of-state casino sites do accept KS players who are 18 and over.

Since no state or federal gambling laws make online gambling illegal, you can sign up and wager at will. In addition to classic casino games, players will find real-money 18 and up sportsbooks and poker options online for players 18 and above.

The Minimum Gambling Age In Kansas

The state’s gambling age is 21 and above for casino, sports, and poker gambling. As far as local options go, 18-and-up players can access the lottery and online bingo options provided by the state. Thankfully there are some alternatives for KA residents.
